Pepperpots are well suited to domestic gardens, eggcellent egg layers and very friendly characters. They are very attractive birds too - beautiful iridescent beetle black feathers characterise this hen.
These chickens have been organically reared to Soil Association Standards and they are at point of lay, meaning they are between 16 and 20 weeks old. They have been fully vaccinated against all common diseases. Please note we can only deliver your chickens if youare within our delivery area.More than 50 in stock.
I bought a Miss Pepperpot from Omlet just over 8 years ago. She died peacefully in her sleep this morning, and despite being a bit wobbly in her old age, she enjoyed life right to the end. I never expected my Camilla to live that long. She was a wonderful chook, and will be greatly missed. I have 3 other hens, all different breeds. I could never replace Camilla, but I would love another bird with such a lovely character, so I will be getting another Miss Pepperpot very soon.
Two Pepperpots delivery early Saturday morning 15/12/12, layed two on Sunday and there on. Brilliant.
These are lovely girls - but by far the most nervous I've had
She has matured well & came into lay within about 3 weeks & has been doing so regularly ever since!!
A+++
