Neva Masquerade Cats
History
The Neva Masquerade is of Russian origin and is simply the colourpoint variation of the Siberian. It is named after the Neva river in St Petersburg which is the area the breed was first developed.

The Neva Masquerade is a friendly cat who is happy as long as it receives plenty of love and a affection from its owners. In Russia they have a reputation for being particularly good with children although little is known of them outside Russia as they are usually just considered to be Siberians.
