I used to own a munchkin but, like the wiener dog, there are some problems that owners should be aware of. Because these cats are low to the ground the males often damage their penis when jumping over fences. In my case, my cats penis was very nearly severed when it got caught on the top of our backyard fence. Also because of their length to height ratio it takes them longer to walk through a doorway. Consequently their shadow is often shorter than a "regular" breed. This causes them to be insecure and sneaky. Don't like them, would never get another one.
