I'll. Parakeet laid 6 eggs in her food dish I wasn't trying to breed her so far 2 babies my question is can I move them to a box for more room or will the mother stop feeding them

My budgie had laid 5 eggs. All of a sudden i see that there are ony 3 in her nest. When i searched for the other two, i found out that one of them have been carried and put in a feeding bowl. I really dont understand the reason behind. May be it has noticed that its an infertile egg probably. I was not intruding much. Just taking some videos using phone thats it. I dont know if it was irritated by this.

My parakeet just had a few babies hatch and she was caring for them but has a few more eggs she's still on well today I noticed the babies were just across the cage like three out. She us s new mother not very old maybe 1 yr old bird. Will these babies paraketts die? I keep putting them back under where she is sitting. Thanks

My young parakeet couple, both around 2 years old have produced 13 eggs so far. It’s been a month and nothing has hatched. She’s with the eggs all the time and he is supporting her. Is there anything I can do for them?

I took my make parakeet out of the cage while the female is raising her babies is that OK I also have two other small grown female babies that are in the cage with the mother her siblings is it ok to leave the male out of the cage while the eggs are hatching

my female parakeet laid four eggs on may 24. now it’s july. the eggs haven’t hatched but my female and male bird are constantly still on the nest. i do not know what to do with the eggs and how to stop my birds from taking care of them. i hope u can help and thank u.

Our budgies are nesting together and sometimes the male will not let the eggs go to full term and why is this?

Hi I hope you or someone can help me I have two parakeets (Max and Birdie) they are breeding at the moment several times. but so far she hasn't had any eggs I put up a nesting box just in case so she didn't end up laying on the bottom of the cage I also put in a cuttlefish and a mineral block in her cage she's been messing around in her box trying to make a nest and even lays but she never lays any eggs I'm just wondering if anything could be wrong?
