I have an Eglu cube for for three large hens and wanted to connect it to my walk in run. It was as simple as removing one panel on each and using the adapter to securely connect the cube run to the walk in run. No gaps, it’s secure, and it gives me piece of mind knowing that predators can’t get my chooks. Thanks for another great product!

I love the clear full run cover, which shields the hens our the unpredictable wind and rain while letting them access natural light. I got one at first which to cover the full 2m run from all sides, letting the third meter in the open for fresh air. I then decided to purchase a second one in case bird flu strikes and I would need a cover through the length of the run. I’ve actually used both on the worst of weather, keeping the run dry for the hens through the day. They easily roll up so I don’t need to put them on and take them off all the time. On wet weather, the dirt soil of the run can get bit muddy with the cover sides dripping at the bottom, but that’s due to the nature of my run. Perhaps some sort of guttering option would be an idea, but regardless, I am very happy with these and highly recommend.

I got three young Leghorn pullets and started off with the Eglu Go Up with 2m run, which looked perfect and hens were happy. I then thought about whether they would be comfortable if they had to stay in the run a whole season should the bird flu struck. So decided to purchase the extra 1m run. Best decision ever, the pulleys grew bit more in size and were very agile. The extra space allowed them to forage more, run a bit, give each other space when needed. It was easy enough to add to the existing run and I managed to do this alone while hens went to their coop. If space allows, as someone else said in their comment, I think the extension is a necessity!

I wanted a tarp that would help protect my ladies from rain and wind while letting more sunlight in, and this tarp is perfect! Seems quite sturdy and was easy to attach using the included cords.

Easy enough to assemble although it took me a little while to get my head around the instructions, this is me not the instructions! The cats are slowly getting used to the cat tree but still a little suspicious of it. It gives so much more dimension to their space and with 3 cats it now seems less crowded.

I'm a chicken mama to many fluffy butts. My favorite breed is my bantam frizzle cochins. One in particular, Rachel, has recently become the object of some serious henpecking...to the point of being left bloodied and bald. I decided, if she could pull through, she had earned the right to a peaceful existence in her very own coop. The Omlet Eglu Go Up Coop and Run has so much to offer! She has tons of room in both the coop and run. I added the wheels and love how I can move her to a fresh area of grass and leaves daily. She's thriving and looks so happy. We've started getting cooler nights here, so to be able to close her coop door from the outside keeps her warm and comfy during the night. In the past, I have purchased wooden coops from a national big name company that have already had to have the rooves replaced and are rotting away at the foundation despite being placed off the direct ground and the three coats of expensive outdoor paint used. My plan is to replace them with other Eglus down the road. I love the maintenance free plastic used for the coop. Assembly of both the coop and run was so easy. Time and care was taken with the packaging. I also added a clear rain guard to the run that worked terrific during the high winds and rain we received from Francine a couple weeks ago. She and her food remained dry! I'm so glad I bought this setup!

Very sturdy and gives good protection from rain and sun.

I finally took the plunge and purchased this after buying tarp every 6 months that just allowed rain water to drip through into my catio. So happy I purchased it. It’s thick and no water gets through. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I've had the pleasure of owning an Eglu Pro for 3 months. Assembly was super easy, thanks to the detailed instruction booklets & videos. I was able to do it alone, and I'm a short, post 60 y/o, woman. Being short helped when climbing in and out during assembly. The run was also easy to assemble, but don't expect all of your fingernails to survive the process if you do it by hand. A pair of smooth jaw, flat nose, pliers came in handy squeezing the clips. They're not hard to do and require minimal pressure, but the pliers gave my fingers a little relief. Customer service was top notch pre and post sale, and I was very, very, pleasantly, surprised. There were two parts damaged by the carrier and Omlet replaced them right away. However, please note that packaging was exceptional in detail, labeling, and protection. The Eglu Pro is a breeze to clean, which was my main reason for purchasing it. We've had stick built coops in the past and this one eliminates all of the problems associated with them. Things I would change: Stronger welds on the skirting - I've had a couple detach, and uniform support on the corners. I received 4 identical corners, so the vertical support is on top for 2 and bottom for the other 2. I would also like a hatch, incorporated on the side panel, to access the ladder for removal and cleaning. Fantastic ladder, btw! Lastly, if you're short, you'll have to spread your wings a bit wider to reach/grab the handles to move the tractor. It's doable, but slightly awkward. The tractor turns on a dime and even an old lady can do it.
