Initially my cat ignored his new bed and then started to knead it but refused to sit on it. After a few weeks though he took the plunge and curled up on it. Now he loves it and happily sleeps there all the time. The bed looks great too and is very soft. The only annoying thing is it was a bit fiddly to put the legs on, but other than that it’s perfect. From my experience I would say if your cat doesn’t use it straight away, be patient as they might come to love it.

I had my CatStaff order the 2x2x2 Omlet walk in Catio, a couple of freestyle cat tree poles, a ramp, 2 steps, a bridge and a platform with a cushion. Because I’m worthy. It was delivered very quickly and was securely and well packaged. It came in 12 separate boxes, and they were all manageable in size and weight if you are on your own when you receive them. I know this because I watched Woman CatStaff put them in the garage. Man Catstaff and woman CatStaff helped each other put it together and I witnessed minimal marital discourse during the build. The frame is such good quality it was sturdy enough for them to leave it free standing after assembling only the lower section. The upper section and roof went up much quicker and I was able to quality assure the freestyle cat tree elements as Man CatStaff was fitting them. I can’t read but the CatStaff managed to deliver a fully assembled, high quality catio, so I can guarantee the instructions must be very clear and easy to follow. It took them less than 3 hours from start to finish including unpackaging, ensuring all the parts were there, reading the manual and actually putting it all together. It might have taken another half hour if they’d remembered to cut the grass before they started. Man CatStaff quoted “bloody hell this is quality stuff! Woman CatStaff quoted “we need more garden, more kitty & more Omlet” I said “meow”

As I have an Omlet cage in my house it seemed sensible to purchase tray liners that would fit the cage. These fit exactly the unique shape of the cage floor & are a good quality so no leaks onto the actual floor. The liner just lifts off for cleaning & a new one can be laid down in a second. Very happy with the product.

This is my 5th door type I have tried and my final. I have tried ALL of the others that are popular and go up and down - always breaks or found to be just too cheaply made and just as costly. Finally a quality product that opens sideways! LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Highly recommend.

I just purchased the door for my new coop for my chickens soon nice to have the options of using batteries or 12 v adapter. Works great! Would recommend this door to every chicken owner.

Sturdier than Mk1 fencing, this ticks all the boxes and looks professional. This is a fantastic piece of kit - thrilled with it!

About my first door a year ago and it has run perfectly without any issues at all. The battery is still at 100% a year later. I just bought my second store and just installed it but so far it seems to be as good as the first one. Would highly recommend

We love this coop - equipped with the 9’ run and the auto door and light, the large rain cover and the insulating winter jacket. We’ve used it for two years through blizzards and heat waves. We added an interior magnet temperature gauge to monitor it through seasonal extremes. We park it with the ‘deep litter method’ under shade or tarp cover on the hottest sunny days and in the snowy season. I would recommend shortening the ladder one rung for ease of movement and covering the water from getting litter kicked up in it. We add rubber pans of sand mixed with DE for dust bathing and we binder clip heavy translucent plastic over the whole coop & run under shade tarp to insulate the run in severe cold winds. We zip tie and binderclip a kitty litter scoop and a plastic recycled lettuce container to the back cage of the coop to use cleaning the tray. It’s a great system. We are surrounded by predators: coyotes hawks eagles bobcats fox weasels and bear. No worries because of this coop security!

Easy to install and program and seems to work correctly every time unlike my old door.

This is my second purchase! Both are running great!
