I did a lot of research before I decided to buy a Cube and I am so very happy with it. It is so easy to clean, I am able to empty the trays every morning before work - it literally takes seconds. I know my hens are safe and secure and have plenty of room. The cube has been beautifully designed. I have three gingernut rangers and a 6 metre run. I am considering a further extension, as they are growing into very big birds. Thank you Omlet - the hens and the cube are just fantastic!

It is easy to use, the chickens seem to love it. Feels hygenic and easy to clean. The kids love getting in and out of it, and getting the eggs. Recommend it to anyone considering keeping chickens. I definitely wouldn't keep 10 in it tho. We have four and wouldn't want many more than that in it. I had thought we would keep them in it all day, but it is definitely too small for that.

Our eglu Cube looks great in our large homemade run. We have 8 girls so felt they needed a big space to roam in. So far the Eglu Cube has been easy to clean out and not a whiff of an odour which is very apparent in wooden hen houses. It feels safe and solid, love the ease of access to different parts of the cube. Will definately recommend this to friends!

Bought the cube with additional 1m run after researching it a lot and reading all the positive feedback about Omlet and their customer service. The purchasing process was easy, as the website is great to use. Sadly the cube arrived pretty beaten up, some of the boxes were bashed about, big holes in them and couple of bits missing, with the cube roof and the run having been scuffed about by the courier from dragging the boxes. The packaging wasn't great, the boxes are far too thin to handle the weight of the run , and there is no additional packaging to stop other parts moving about. The courier had labelled it as over size and weight, so I out it down to mix of poor packaging and poor handling. I did contact Customer Services, but sadly they didn't live up to expectations. Having now owned the Cube 2 months I can say its a great product, easy to put together (When you have the right bits). I've cleaned it a couple of times now and it is simple to strip down and the chickens seem to love it. Far warmer than their previous home. It is a little difficult to move, with the run attached (Which it seems to be designed to do), unless there are 2 of you. I was concerned my Pekins wouldn't do well with the ladder, but after a couple of days it presented no issue, even 1 with a poorly foot managed. Everyone that has seen it so far has been impressed and I'm now looking to get the walk in run.

Love the design and our chickens seem very happy! Easy to clean and access. Was just a bit disappointed when putting it together as some of the part alignment and finish was poor and it took some pushing and shoving to get some bits together.

We are really thrilled with our new Eglu Cube (as are our chickens). We upgraded from an Eglu Classic so already had experience of how user friendly these hen houses are. I have awarded the product 4 stars rather than 5 because after we had collected the Eglu Cube and un-boxed it we discovered a small part was missing and there were no instructions. I managed to download some instructions from the internet and after contacting Omlet I was sent the replacement part.

I am now a happy owner of the eglu classic. The chickens, in my opinion are happier, cleaner and warmer. I love that you can put the feeding and drinking containers in the dishwasher, that everything fits together well. it looks good too. I did think that it might look a bit to space aged in our lovely countryside garden, but it blends in well. The only slight downside is that it took my OH all day to put it together, but that was inbetween coffee, meals,chatting etc. But I wouldn't down rate it for this.

Really pleased with the Eglu Cube. Easy to clean as stated, keeps the chickens secure from foxes and looks good too. Only slight criticism is that we have to be able to access both sides and would have liked to be able to site it alongside the fence. We've since purchased an additional metre run but haven't attached it yet cos we would either have to do it first thing in the morning when the chickens are in the cube or during the day when we can't secure them - next door's fence has a gap in it! Sure we will work something out.

We were new to chicken keeping but had friends who had recommended the eglu to us. It arrived shortly before Xmas in about 5 large boxes. My husband and brother in law assembled it in a little over an hour with a beer in the other hand. And then they were up and running. It seems well constructed, the kids clean it out easily with a stiff rubber brush some water and elbow grease. We have it set up within a much bigger run area but I feel confident that when enclosed in the cube run nothing would get to the hens, including our lurcher! I really like the funky colours and actually surprisingly the bright green blends in with the flora and fauna. Lots of my friends have commented on it when they have seen it. Thank you, whilst it seemed a high price for a hen house it enabled us to get up and running very easily with limited DIY skills needed.

I had already purchased a green cube back in 2009 along with 6 chooks. Two years on and a couple of broody hens later and I'm now up to 13 chooks so I decided to purchase a second cube. The new cube has slight changes to 2 years ago. It has a rubber flange across the top back vent to keep out the rain, and the water glug no longer contains nipples, due to them leaking in the past, so it now needs to be situated in a low position. Omlet were excellent with delivery and even assembled the cube for me in the pouring rain - so thank you Omlet. Both cubes are now sitting a few yards apart down in the orchard and all the chooks have integrated quite well, although, I do smile to myself because as I close them up for the night, the 5 Araucanas take themselves to bed in the purple cube while the other mixed bunch of eight tuck themselves into the green cube. I'm actually quite tempted to swap the cubes around in exactly the same position one evening to see what happens!!
