Very pleased with the speed of delivery. Found it was easier to put together than I thought I would. So easy to clean, its great. The only reason I haven't given the cube full marks is that I am worried about how draughty it is going to be in the winter for my girls. I feel that the back panel could fit a bit snugger than it does, but otherwise I love it.

I am really pleased with my Eglu Cube. My rehomed battery hens love it. They settled in really quickly and started laying immediately. It is easy to clean and to collect the eggs from. My children help out as it is so straightforward. I have spent a long time wondering whether I should get chickens and having finally decided I wish I had done so ages ago.

Safe practical and easy to clean, unhappy with fit of the back panel - large gaps which I will probably have to plug with something in the winter to stop the chickens getting frost bite.

Pricey, but so easy and effective. Highly recommended and will last far longer than a wooden alternative with less maintenance!

The only reason I even considered such an expensive hen house was due to a servere red mite problem. Problem sorted from day one. Excellent. I live in the highlands of Scotland the only thing that still has me concerned is the fact that the temperature regularly drops to minus 15 and lower and there are a lot of vents on the cube I do hope my hens will be warm enough when the snows come.

Love the cube, easy to clean, moves around the garden, great, hens love it I love it, great to have in the garden and safe from mr fox.

Great product. Three minor niggles.1) The door to the egg collecting area is not as easy to lock as it might be and one could think it is locked but it isn't. OK for me as I know but if someone else collects the eggs it could be left open.2) I like the wheel lifting mechanism BUT when each side is pushed down the 'lock' is a flat plate and over even a small bump the lock can slide off. I am thinking of cutting a notch each side to stop this. ( the plate could also be made at an angle in production) 3) The 'hooks' on the grub are OK but I keep finding it on the floor when it is nearly empty. Its either the hens or the sheep knocking it from the outside. Redesigned hooks, deeper? I will probably use a small bungee cord to fix it. BUT the hens love it! ( and so do I)

I've only marked this down because I bought this because the floor space would suit my small garden, all four sides you need space to get to to open/close/remove something. I do think this above all is the best coop to suit our busy family life needs and the best on the market.

We bought the purple cube and have had to get a metre run extension along with the run that was included. All in all it has been a very expensive addition to our garden but it has been great. My husband and I both had to put the cube together and I know I couldnt have mastered it alone! We have 4 Isa Browns but we thought the run needed to be extended so that they had more scope. I defo dont think 10 chickens would be comfy in it though but I guess that relates to the cube itself and not the run length. All in all a very worthwhile purchase.

The Eglu Cube is so easy to keep clean, it only takes a few minutes. I had two Eglu Classics for five hens but it is much better having them all in the one house. The hens soon got used to it, after the first night, when they were reluctant to try the ladder, and we had to lift some of them in. They wouldn't try the new water container so are still using the glug. I thought the Eglu Classics were much better than conventional wooden houses, and the Cube is just superb; it may be pricey but it's worth every penny.
