Putting it together was more of a challenge than we expected with lots and lots of clips! However I am well aware fox has sniffed around it most nights and my chickens are all alive to tell the tale, so it’s a big ???? from me ????

Before getting my first chickens a few weeks ago, I did a ton of research on coops, trying to decide what would be the best one. I kept coming back to the Eglu Coop. The price was well above my intended budget, but it really did seem like the best prefab coop for my situation - a small backyard flock in an area rife with predators (coyotes, bobcats, hawks, eagles, etc). Assembling the coop was quite a project, but the instruction manuals and videos were easy to follow and very helpful. It took 2 days but I built it all on my own, without assistance. I am extremely impressed with the clever design and the quality materials. Definitely worth the price. My 4 young hens have been very happy in it. I live in a very hot & humid area, but I've checked the coop at mid-day and it stays cool inside, even on days where the heat index has been over 100°F. It also rains a lot here, but the coop has kept my girls nice and dry. The run has already protected them from a hawk attack. I believe this package is an excellent investment for anyone with a small backyard flock.

My chickens love the Large Eglu coop. Its great that I can move it into the shade in the summer where we often reach temperatures in the 90s and into the sun in winter where we sometimes go below the 20's. It was not easy to assemble, but not difficult either, time consuming and the video on Youtube helped. It is super easy to clean. The plastic tray and perches wash off easily with the hose. The green color lookes really nice among the trees in my backyard. Overall I highly recomend this coop.

We are so pleased we bought the Eglu instead of a traditional wooden chicken house. Cleaning it every week is easy with the high pressure water hose and the food and water trays are so well designed that there is no spillage. Every design detail has been well thought out, It did however take my husband and I, 2 afternoons to put the unit together with the automatic door, but it is so worth it. We have three very happy hens living in it and we definitely made the right choice in terms of their accomodation,

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the product, how well they went together, and the superb Engineering. I will be very happy if the price was little bit lower ;-)

I have had chickens before in a wooden ark and although I have only had this two weeks and cleaned it twice, you are definitely able to wash it out quickly and more thoroughly. It is nice to clean the outside too so it isn’t all sticky and horrible from pollen etc. I visited the website many times as I knew I wanted it (Cube) but the cost is huge and nearly put me off. The design is brilliant and the fencing gives you great confidence for the security of the hens. I think it is a superb product. It is very straightforward to put up. It takes a while but you have written booklets and videos on you tube which you can put on your phone and stop and start as you go along. I am really pleased I bought it.

We love our new chicken house! It was easy for me to put together with my 4 year old son. So easy to clean and keep water/food topped up. The girls love it and take there selves to bed every night bang on half 8. Super safe from foxes ect. Were thinking about getting the automatic door as so impressed with this product!! When it rains they have a place to go to stay dry. Easy to move around the garden with the wheels so girls can use a different part of the lawn each couple of days. Ordered a load of feeding accessories and cannot wait for them to arrive.

I love this coop. I have four chickens and there is more than enough room for them. My only complaint is that the wheels are not wider for rolling in St. Augustine grass which is very thick. I live in the south where we get a lot of rain and the grass is very thick and mushy. Wider wheels would help.

Instructions with no text take longer to understand, words would have helped, and some parts being labeled with a sticker or something would have helped as well. 1 hour to assemble the coop and stand is unrealistic. Birds are still having some trouble navigating the roosting area, and I wish there was a way to substitute a regular roost or two in that space. It would also have been nice to be able to just move the ladder to pull out the tray to clean - the way this is set up, putting it inside a taller, sturdier run (chain link panels) means I have to move it to get to the tray, and we had to assemble inside the run or it wouldn't have fit through the gate. All that said, the coop seems to be stout and tight, I purchased this one specifically for the insulation and bug resistance and so far, so good.
