I purchased the Eglu Cube with a 13' run and wheels. The feeling you have prior to purchase is exactly what you feel when you open up the box and see the quality of the product. Omlet is pretty clear in the instructions on the time you should expect. The multiple fence panels for the run out of the box are a little flimsy, but is well supported and lightweight put together. To be clear, the run is much stronger than most material you would put around the chickens. Within the first few days we had a Cooper's Hawk scoping out the coop, but it hasn't been back since. Not much it can do to get to the chickens. Our dogs were trying to dig into the run to get to the food, but the extended run base prevents predators from digging and gaining access to the coop or run. Moving the coop with the wheels is really easy, especially if you have a flat ground. It was a little more difficult to push or pull when going through mud, but that should be expected. It went over grass and a bumpy lawn with ease. Some of the clips came off as I relocated the coop. For that reason I wish I had a bag of extras in the event I need to replace them. From pictures it doesn't seem like you can fit a lot of chickens in the coop, but you definitely can. I have 5 chickens, 4 orpingtons and 1 buckeye, and I feel like I could easily add another 3-4 chickens. Everyone we have shown it to has been impressed. I would highly recommend this coop to anyone who is interested in chickens. It is almost invisible to our neighbors because of the low profile. Little on the expensive side, but I don't regret the purchase. I do plan to purchase an auto door in the future. Potential improvements for future designs: Option to choose the side the access to the nest is located. It is more of a wouldn't it be nice versus an actual need. I rated a 5 out of 5 because I feel like it really solves a modern day problem. I'm a little bothered by the clips popping off when I move the coop and run, but I could always fix that with some additional zip ties for support. For being 13' of run space, I was shocked in how easy it was to move and how sturdy it was. Highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to a long life with the coop.

We love this coop! The chicks love the ladder and the spaciousness. We have 5 young hens and there is plenty of room for them. It's easy to clean and easy to move around the yard so the chicks can get fresh grass. Highly recommend. Safe from our neighborhood fox and hawks.

I have followed the Eglu story ever since it was a university group project with one of the students mothers suggesting the humble chicken coop could do with a redesign. They weren't available in Australia last time I had chickens. With C-virus stopping everything around the world we got some more hens and a temporary A-frame wooden cage. Finally our Eglu Cube has turned up and has been put together this afternoon as a family affair. I think the trick is checking and double checking each stage of the instructions to make sure everything is right before going onto the next step. The girls have been moved over, with lots of quiet Brrk brrks as they settled in. Just in time as one door had already fallen off the wooden cage and the other was trying hard. Can't wait for tomorrow to see them in their new home! Now waiting for the automatic door and light to turn up and then I'll be purchasing a walk-in run. Easy to assemble but better if two people are doing it. Fits together really well. Really easy to clean and much more hygenic than our previous wooden coop. We thought the chickens may stop laying for a bit due to the new home etc, but they took to it straight away and look extremely happy. We have a 4 chickens and they haven't missed a day laying.

I can't say it enough, how happy we are with our new coop! It's beautiful and super sturdy, and our girls our so happy.It's nice to know they are safe from predators at night. We also purchased the rabbit package, and a new coop for our ducklings. Can't wait to receive them!

We raised chickens in the past in a traditional coop. Our girls (and one guy) prefer the Eglu! It’s design is unbeatable. And they are safe from the sly foxes in our area.

I wanted this coop and this one only because of the easy cleaning and the plastic that makes it so much better for hygiene, and I am so glad I chose it. I even ordered another one to get more chickens. its easy to put together and the walkin even more I did it by myself . it's the easiest way to have chickens without all the fastidious cleaning that goes with it ! and the pink color is wonderful under my bougainvillea

Worth every penny. The attention to detail and precise engineering makes this a wonderful product. It keeps hens safe and warm/cool whilst allowing human intervention to be easy and trouble free. Collecting eggs, cleaning and securing the door are all very clever designs to make live easier . Highly recommended.

After weeks of endless researching of a quality simple coop, I finally found the Omlet cube. At first, I was intrigued by the "turn key" readiness to get a coop together that I felt confident in protecting my hens. After it arrived, and a few hours of assembly, it turned out to be just that. It is a solid, simple, and impenetrable coop, with the front door closed of course. I couldn't be happier and my chicks love it. Trust me, save yourself the headache of trying to find the best solution of housing for your chickens, make the investment, and you'll never regret your decision.
