These are so much better than the wooden ones, much easier to clean.

The plastic bars are so much better than the wooden ones. Much easier to clean and dont come apart with the worry of sharp nails. They are pricey but should last a long time.

Much better than the wood, comes up really clean but mine has cracked in one corner in the cold weather as it becomes brittle - shame.

Bars were broken on arrival, but I had to use them anyway because wooden ones have red mite and I've been trying everything to eradicate it with no success as yet. Have only been in one week so don't know whether effective yet and haven't got round to telling omlet that they were broken. They were helpful last time when glug was leaking and replaced it immediately.
