I got tired of getting up early to let my hens out into their chicken run, so I decided to get this door. I ended up getting this door and am so glad I did! I can set the open and close times based on the season/days. My hens got used to it very quickly. It also has a safety feature to make sure they don't get injured with the door closing. I love that it is battery-operated, too!

I was sceptical at first to trust my automatic door. I continued my trips each evening to insure door closed. This is a very reliable product. It is easy to install and program. It performs perfectly even in cold weather. The only thing I wish it had is a connection for solar battery charger

This is brilliant. Easy to set up even in an already build Cube. We are using the light sensor, so the door opens and closed automatically and it has been a great success especially now the nights are drawing in and it is dark before getting home at night. The light is a great addition allowing easy checking on the chickens in the dark. Just occasionally, one will not head to bed in time and be found on the top of the steps with the door shut, but the override is easy to use and they soon pop into the Cube. Also means you can have a lie in on Sunday - knowing the birds have been let out at dawn. Highly recommend this for anyone.

brilliant.... easy to install. looks good. and above all it works perfectly. i look out the window in the mornings and the chickens are happily wandering around.... no more opening their door in my slippers and dressing gown!!

We've had the door up for 3 days now and it seems to be working perfectly! I was worried the girls wouldn't get inside on time, but the light sensor waits until it's pretty dark/light to open/close. We haven't had any issues. The only improvement I would suggest is a longer cord for the sensor.

This is my second coop light, the first one had a slight problem after a few months which was immediately replaced by Omlet with question or hesitation. The light is easy to install and doesn't seem to impact the battery life of the door closercat all. Well worth the money and highly recommended.
